Register using phone OTP verification
Create login credentials using email/phone and password
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Create fake profiles
Provide false or misleading information
Upload inappropriate, abusive, or illegal content
Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
Use the platform for commercial advertising or spam
Share offensive, explicit, or unlawful material
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of the account.
4. Profile Content
Users are solely responsible for:

Messages sent to other users
Nikaah Matrimony reserves the right to remove or block any content or profile that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
5. Communication Between Users
Nikaah Matrimony acts only as a platform for matrimonial connections.
We do not guarantee:
Compatibility between users
Marriage outcomes
Authenticity of every profile
Users should independently verify profile information before making personal decisions.

7. Payments and Premium Services
If premium services are offered:
Payments must be completed through approved payment methods
Premium access is non-transferable
Fees once paid may be non-refundable unless required by law
Nikaah Matrimony reserves the right to modify pricing or premium features at any time.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that:
Violate these Terms
Engage in fraud or suspicious activity
Abuse other users
Upload prohibited content
9. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account directly within the app.
After deletion:
Public profile visibility may be removed immediately
Some records may be retained temporarily for legal and security purposes

All application content, branding, logos, designs, and software are the property of Nikaah Matrimony unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nikaah Matrimony is provided on an “as-is” basis.

User behavior
Offline meetings between users
Misrepresentation by users
Losses arising from use of the service
Users interact with others at their own discretion and responsibility.

Continued use of the app after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
